Bernsletter started as a FHL project: what if your AI knew your day before you did? Not a summary of your calendar — a genuine briefing. Tone-aware, signal-rich, built on Microsoft Graph data and MCP tooling.
It resonated immediately. Teammates adopted it before we called it done, and the team started pushing to ship it. That kind of unsolicited pull is the signal I care most about in product work.
The core design bet was that personality is a first-class variable in AI products, not a polish layer. Bernsletter proved it.
