As a senior product designer at Microsoft, I’ve helped take Researcher from an early hypothesis to a shipped Microsoft 365 Copilot agent and led the Chain of Thought interaction model that makes AI reasoning easier to follow and steer.

I also created Bernsletter , a side project inside Microsoft that made AI feel personal and resonated with people far beyond the team where it began.
